A SPACE THAT STAYS YOURS · UPDATED 10 OCTOBER 2026
Privacy
Gita Yuga is made for personal reading. Here is what stays on your device, what reaches us, and what our hosting and beta partners handle.
Who we are
Less Corp. operates Gita Yuga and this website. The app is currently an invitation-only TestFlight preview. You can reach us about privacy at support@lesscorp.org.
The website
This site has no account, form, analytics, or advertising. It does not set its own cookies or use browser storage. Its fonts and images are hosted with the site. If you email us, your email provider and ours handle your address, message, and anything you include. We use it to answer or resolve your request. Please avoid sending private reading notes unless they are needed to explain an issue.
Vercel hosts the website. Requests pass through Vercel, which may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Read Vercel’s Privacy Notice for its practices.
The app
The current app bundles its reading content and works offline. It does not require an account, send your reading history or notes to a Gita Yuga server, or include in-app analytics or advertising. Your reading place and history, saved verses, notes, and preferences are saved in the app’s local storage on your device. The app keeps a local recovery copy when it saves changes.
Device backup or transfer settings may copy app data through Apple or Google services. This is separate from the app: Gita Yuga does not have an in-app sync feature. If you copy a verse, it goes to your device clipboard. If you choose to share a chapter image, the device share sheet lets you select where it goes. That recipient or service then handles what you share under its own terms.
TestFlight
For the iOS beta, Apple automatically collects crash logs and usage information and shares them with Less Corp. Apple may associate this data, and feedback you submit, with your name and email address. Feedback can also include comments and screenshots. Please check screenshots before sending them if they show notes or other private information.
We use beta feedback and diagnostics to investigate issues and improve the app. Apple explains its collection and retention in TestFlight & Privacy.
Your choices
You can edit or remove notes and saved verses in the app. Settings lets you reset reading progress; that action keeps saved verses, notes, and preferences. Uninstalling the app removes its local app container from the device, though a device backup may keep an earlier copy under your platform’s settings. We cannot remotely read or erase local notes or history.
For questions about feedback or email you sent us, write to support@lesscorp.org. You can manage information Apple holds through its Data and Privacy page.
We will update this page if the website or app adds accounts, network features, or new data collection. The date above will change when it does.
